CEO Forum on Training Attracts More than 25 Participants
March 29, 2006 ~ Allentown, PA
More than 25 area CEOs are scheduled to attend the 3rd annual CEO Forum of the Eastern PA Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) on Thursday, April 6 at Lehigh Valley Hospital—Muhlenberg in Bethlehem. The program runs from 7:30 – 10:00 a.m.
Speakers include:
- Lou Liebhaber, chief operating officer, Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network (LVHHN), who will welcome the group and present an overview of “The Impact of Culture on Bottom Line Business Results” at LVHHN, the largest employer in the Lehigh Valley with over 8,100 employees and one of the largest and oldest licensed teaching hospitals in Pennsylvania.
- Rita Bailey, CEO QVF Partners and Former Chief Learning Officer of Southwest Airlines, who will give the keynote address, “Leveraging Culture for Strategic Advantage in your Business.”
CEOs will then have the opportunity to network and discuss their perspectives in roundtable groups as they share their experiences with the key themes presented.
